I could be wrong but i've been under the impression that ALL the govt's who POTUS is linking arms with (SA, China, SK, Jap, Rus, NK*(?)) have been held infiltrated and held hostage by CIA/Mossad

They are held hostage because once the CIA infiltrates a country and installs their tech, they have access to every single thing everybody is doing but more importantly, they have access to nuke codes and power plants. Literally entire nations held hostage.
