In fact, lets wind this shit back about 100 years as well… If you can't chase your family name back 3 generations as US citizens and you did not naturalize or your parents or grandparents did not then YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN AND YOU HAVE TO APPLY TO STAY. Also, lets get some outflow going. Ban all social welfare for those between 16 and 60. If you want to keep getting Welfare bullshit then give up your citizenship and move to another country. You can keep recieving it there. If you want to stay here then you lose it.
