Nearly finished watching President Trump's speech from Tuesday night.

Trump insists on putting off a vote on healthcare until after 2020.

If he does this, the election will be a disaster.

People are tired of demanding a new healthcare model.

If you can find video from the free clinics that popped up a few years ago, take a look at the problem. People are dying and suffering without an affordable system.

It makes more sense to give us a really gotod Republican solution

THAT IS IF THEY REALLY HAVE ONE

and since it hasn't been offered for the past decades while the system has imploded – ain't nobody gonna believe you got it.

Why put it off for TWO YEARS just to play a game of fking gotcha politics. Out here in the boonies – we want to see it. If you got it, show it. There won't be any more votes on PROMISES. And the fairy tales about "lower deductibles" is enough to MAKE YOU SICK.

Healthcare solutions will win or lose the 2020 election.

The worse nightmare is Medicare For All which means the govt gets to monitor our private medical files. It's just another bureaucratic paperwork heavy nightmare that will deliver a death nell to doctors.

The ONLY way out of the insurance model is to quit treating doctors as a protected class (along with lawyers and real estate agents) who get to dictate what you pay before you walk through the door.

These protected classes can go on salary just like the rest of us.

Doctors can still make a very good living – but it MUST BE PREDICTABLE in order to make it affordable.

The best model I've found for healthcare is for doctors to establish their own group clinics. The "clinic" would provide all equipment and support staff - doctors would be a "buy in" partner - who bring their patients but who now take a PREDICTABLE salary instead of a "pay per service" model.

It would be a big mistake to play politics with healthcare.

People need this so badly and have waited too too long for it.

The present "insurance" model is a failed system that made every source of healthcare unaffordable. Everyone hates it, doctors and people. Get rid of it. Just get rid of it.

there is nothing that marks the difference in the social classes like being able to go to a doctor when you need to go to a doctor

rich people think insurance is just fine

businesses that HAVE to provide it, go broke from it

people who HAVE to pay it, go broke from it

doctors who have to deal with it, loathe it

EVERYONE HATES THE INSURANCE MODEL

get rid of it

get rid of it

If Trump had a good design

and the Dems voted against it

the LET THEM LOSE THEIR RE-ELECTIONS

but right now

they will win it on HEALTHCARE

even if it is MEDICARE FOR ALL

a bad system sounds at least like SOMETHING OF A SOLUTION

the answer is so simple

and PROMISES have been given for too long

IF the solution is a real solution

Trump would win his election

whether or not the Dems kept it from passing

if they voted against a good solution

they will lose
