Jesus knew he was the sacrificial lamb and went willingly to be crucified to fulfill the scriptures, it was not forced upon Him. He’d did it out of the love He had for the world, and to allow man the choice of life everlasting with God, instead of everlasting life apart from God.

Everyone is given a choice to repent and accept Gods free gift of life, by Grace through Faith.

It’s that simple really.

Your lack of understanding is evident, again God didn’t put him on the cross it was voluntary. When man fell in the Garden of Eden from Adam and Eves original sin, God had to fulfill his promise of punishment by death.

He also had a plan to overcome sin and death, he became man in the flesh, born of a woman and took on the sins of the world in one fell swoop, by allowing himself to be sacrificed for the sins of the world. Even you can receive His forgiveness open your heart and let Him in, He is waiting for your invitation.

1John 2

Jesus Our Advocate

1My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate before the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 2He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

3By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments. 4If anyone says, “I know Him,” but does not keep His commandments, he is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5But if anyone keeps His word, the love of God has been truly perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him: 6Whoever claims to abide in Him must walk as Jesus walked.
