A special police task force and local police arrested Uthai Maiyaem, known as “Men Tha Phaya”, 38, of Pak Phanang distict, at a hotel in tambon Pak Nakhon in Muang district on Thursday. Some drugs were seized at the scene.

Police then extended the investigation that led to the seizure of more drugs in tambon Hin Tok in Ron Phibun district on Saturday, said Pol Maj Gen Nanthadet Yoinuan, deputy commander of Provincial Police Region 8.

An average of three church attacks per day in multicultural France

Over the past three years French churches have become the target of vandals and criminals with an average of almost three churches targeted for vandalism per day.

A report from the Central Criminal Intelligence Service of the gendarmerie noted that from 2016 to 2018 there had been thousands of cases of church vandalism, peaking in 2017 with 1,045 cases, Le Figaro reports.

According to the French Interior Ministry, when cemeteries and other sites are taken into consideration, the number of acts of vandalism rose to 1,063 in 2018.

Earlier this year, in one week alone, in a detestable case of anti-Christian vandalism, France saw twelve churches vandalised, including attackers attempting to set fire to the church of Saint-Sulpice in Paris.

In Nimes, an even more heinous attack occurred, with vandals smearing feces on the wall of the church of Notre-Dame des Enfants and stealing objects from the altar.

Signed as Law: Utah Bans Warrantless Access to Information in the Cloud

Last week, Utah Gov. Gary Herbert signed a bill into law that requires police to get a warrant before accessing data stored in the “cloud.” The new law will not only increase privacy protections in Utah; it will also hinder the federal surveillance state.

Rep. Craig Hall (R-West Valley City) sponsored House Bill 57 (HB57). The new law prohibits law enforcement agencies from accessing electronic information or data transmitted to a “remote computing service” without a warrant based on probable cause in most situations. In effect, it will prohibit police from warrantlessly accessing information uploaded into the “cloud.”

The House passed HB57 by a 71-0 vote. The Senate approved the measure 23-0. With Herbert’s signature, the new law will go into effect May 14.

SANA’s reporter at Nassib crossing said that a new batch of Syrians who had been displaced due to terrorist acts returned on Wednesday from al- Azraq and Zaatari camps in Jordan to their areas liberated by the Syrian Arab Army from terrorism.

The concerned bodies in Daraa have completed all the required arrangements for receiving the displaced returnees coming from Jordan before they are transported to their liberated villages.

Adam Raishani, aka “Saddam Mohamed Raishani,” 32, of the Bronx, New York, was sentenced to 20 years in prison to be followed by 20 years of supervised release for attempting to provide and conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization.

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers and U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman for the Southern District of New York made the announcement. Raishani pleaded guilty to a Superseding Information on Nov. 14, 2018, before U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams, who also imposed today’s sentence.

“Raishani tried to leave his young family to travel overseas to join ISIS,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers. “Fortunately, he was arrested before he could leave the country. Raishani is the latest in the long line of would-be terrorists whom we have arrested and prosecuted before they could accomplish their mission to provide material support to ISIS overseas. I commend the agents, analysts, and prosecutors who are responsible for this result.”

Total non-OPEC production is expected to increase by 6.1 million barrels per day through 2024 due to a combined additional increase in production capacity of 2.6 million barrels per day from Brazil, Canada, Norway, and Guyana. The OPEC countries of Iraq and the United Arab Emirates are expected to add production capacity but those gains are offset by losses from Iran and Venezuela resulting in a net loss in OPEC production capacity of 0.4 million barrels per day.

IEA predicts that U.S. oil and natural gas liquids production will increase to 19.6 million barrels per day from 15.5 million in 2018, due largely to the prolific Permian Basin. Permian production is up 1 million barrels per day from last year and is expected to increase an additional 1 million barrels per day by 2020, especially as new pipelines are brought online.

The United States is expected to double its gross crude oil exports to 4.2 million barrels a day by 2024, while total exports of crude and refined products should reach almost 9 million barrels a day, pushing the United States past Russia and coming close to Saudi Arabian export levels.

That’s why the banksters and micro-chip representatives were there. Oddly, during the meeting, a man volunteered to come on stage and have a microchip inserted in his hand. How are microchips linked to wireless phone technology?
