They're trying to keep the revolution as bloodless as possible, for a variety of reasons, but you'd have to be an idiot not to see what's happening for what it is
Q team can launder their language all they want, but "dismantling of the old guard" translated into plain speech is a revolution, pure and simple.
The fact that it's being conducted by the military rather than as a result of a popular revolt makes it a junta.
I for one welcome our new military overlords, and am happy to do my part to string up the faggots and shitbirds that are making our once proud nation a bastion of faggotry and squealing snowflakes.
In seriousness, this is one of the better solutions available. Most people are lazy, weak-willed, and fucktarded, and are happy to have someone reign over them to protect them from having to take responsibility for their behavior. I imagine a transition into militarism can stave off the inevitable collapse for another couple of generations, and may provide some additional benefits in the case of large-scale natural or other disasters, which are also inevitable.

Aside from situations where civilizations completely collapse for ecological or other, non-human reasons, I'd say that almost any exchange of power you care to examine closely has some kind of organizing power behind it. French/American revolutions had the Masons, Russia had banking agents, etc.
I'd also say it's pretty clear that the current fracas is still two branches on the same bush wrestling with each other, and yes, you're probably quite right that there are additional levels of power behind the curtain that the little people have no inkling of.
I'm not that worried about those things. I can easily see them being a feint to obscure later ambitions, although I still think Qteam/POTUS/etc are (obviously) being less than completely forthcoming about their end goals and overall design, which has essentially already been admitted- 80/20, disinfo is necessary, etc.
There's a special sort of irony in accepting everything as being true from a source that has outright told you they'll be lying to you at least some of the time.
