Elijah Cummings is threatening all kinds of investigations against Donald Trump, but for some crazy reason, he isn’t talking about the three felonies he committed in 2014 in relation to the IRS scandal. He was knee-deep in that one, but the House Ethics panel never took up the case. As we all know the House Ethics Committee is worthless as teats on a boar hog when it comes to punishing Democrats.
