Nothing yet as far as this anon knows. Two weeks ago, Nunes said that he would not be filing them until after the DECLAS.
Then last week, he said he'd be filing by the end of what is now this week. No one in the media put two and two together and concluded that the DECLAS would becoming first. We shall see.
