Hillary and Bill Clinton Embark on Speaking Tour With Ben Stiller, Hollywood Stars

“Hillary Clinton and I are hitting the road with some friends and we hope to see you!” Bill Clinton said Wednesday

The Clintons will speak with actors Ben Stiller and Tony Goldwyn and former NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha in different cities.

Comedian Jordan Klepper will also join the Democrat power couple in Washington, D.C.

Bill and Hillary hit the road last year for a tour that failed to generate enough public interest to even fill the seats in the venues they chose.

As Breitbart News reported in November, their tour had trouble filling seats from the beginning. Hillary Clinton also had a trademark coughing fit during the first event.

Google Employees Lash Out at Inclusion of Conservatives on Company’s AI Council

MIT Technology Review reports that almost a thousand members of Google’s staff, multiple academic researchers and influential tech industry figures have signed an open letter protesting the inclusion of certain members of Google’s A.I. ethics council. Breitbart News previously reported on initial backlash following the appointment of Heritage Foundation president Kay Coles James to the company’s new A.I. advisory board. Google has faced an “ethical minefield” when attempting to develop its A.I. systems; the company has been accused on multiple occasions of ethical and racial bias in the development of these systems.

Report: Facebook Harvesting New Users’ Email Contacts ‘Without Consent’

According to Business Insider, the company, which has been plagued by dozens of privacy and security scandals over the past few years, is asking “some new users to provide the social network with the password to their email accounts,” which Facebook then reportedly uses to import the user’s contacts, “despite not asking the user for permission to do so.”

Business Insider explained that “when users try to register with certain email providers, including Yandex and GMX, it asks to ‘confirm your email address’ by entering their password directly into Facebook.”

House Judiciary panel to hold April hearing on white nationalism

A statement from the panel, which is chaired by Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) confirmed that the hearing is set for the morning of Tuesday, April 9.

"This hearing will examine hate crimes, the impact white nationalist groups have on American communities and the spread of white identity ideology. The hearing will also foster ideas about what social media companies can do to stem white nationalist propaganda and hate speech online," the statement read.

"Social media platforms have served as world-wide conduits to spread vitriolic hate messages into every home and country. The deadly 2017 'Unite the Right' white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia served as a frightening reminder of the current threat white nationalism and hate groups pose to the nation," the committee's press release continued.
