DEEP STATE LEAK: Mueller’s Team Says Trump Report More Damaging Than Bill Barr Reveals

We knew this was coming.

Mueller’s team of Democrat donors are reportedly frustrated because the special counsel’s report on Trump is more damaging than what Attorney General Bill Barr has revealed, according to a Deep State leak on Wednesday.

The New York Times cited “government officials” and others familiar with Mueller’s investigators’ “simmering frustrations” Wednesday, fueling conspiracy theories that Bill Barr is covering for Trump.

Some of Mueller’s investigators have told associates that Barr failed to adequately portray their report on Trump and that their findings were more damaging for the President than Barr revealed.

Mueller’s goons are frustrated that Bill Barr shaped the narrative of the special counsel’s report when he released a 4-page summary last weekend revealing that there was zero evidence that Trump’s camp conspired with Russia.

Via The New York Times:

Mr. Barr has said he would move quickly to release the nearly 400-page report but needed time to scrub out confidential information. The special counsel’s investigators had already written multiple summaries of the report, and some team members believe that Mr. Barr should have included more of their material in the four-page letter he wrote on March 24 laying out their main conclusions, according to government officials familiar with the investigation. Mr. Barr only briefly cited the special counsel’s work in his letter.

However, the special counsel’s office never asked Mr. Barr to release the summaries soon after he received the report, a person familiar with the investigation said. And the Justice Department quickly determined that the summaries contain sensitive information, like classified material, secret grand-jury testimony and information related to current federal investigations that must remain confidential, according to two government officials.

The Democrats and their stenographers in the media were stunned when Attorney General Bill Barr released a 4-page summary of Mueller’s “principal findings” on the Russia investigation and concluded that Trump did not conspire with the Kremlin.

Mueller also left it up to AG Barr to decide whether Trump obstructed justice — No collusion and no obstruction, Barr concluded.

Conspiracy theories about Bill Barr began to fly and the Dems turned their ire toward the newly confirmed Attorney General — the Dems immediately got to work and used every tool in their arsenal to obtain Mueller’s full report.

Judge issues stunning decision in lawsuit alleging gov't negligence in 2015 San Bernardino terror attack

No repercussions for government failures

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit from families of victims that were murdered in the 2015 terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California, and exonerated the government from claims of negligence.

Families of three victims say that the government did not do enough to prevent the terror attack that claimed 14 lives and wounded two dozen others.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Guilford said he was sympathetic to the families, but that the government's sovereign immunity prevented the lawsuit from proceeding further.

"The heightened tragic circumstances in this case do not create an exception to the legal principle that private citizens may not sue the government in tort for making discretionary, policy-oriented decisions," Judge Guilford said in the decision.

"A contrary result would be both legally and politically unworkable," he explained. "The court's strongest sympathies lie with the victims of this shooting and their families. But this case lacks a legal foundation to move forward."

The plaintiffs argued that the government did not do enough to investigate the couple before letting them into the country. They also charged that the couple's friend, who supplied them with weapons, had ties to an Islamic organization that had links to terrorism.

The judge ruled that the sovereign immunity of the government was created to prevent exactly these kind of lawsuits.

The San Bernardino police said that the Muslim couple might have been triggered to attack because of the Christmas decorations at a mandatory training session.

WREXIT: UK Government Betrays Brexit Referendum in Broad Daylight

The Brexit Desperation Rises as the Betrayal Deepens

British parliament is now worse than a joke. And they have no one to blame but themselves.

As I watch the desperation of these people, obviously loyal to the European Union first and their constituents a distant fourth or fifth — after themselves, their party and any corporate lobbyists — it’s clear they don’t have any clue as to how to get out of the mess they’ve made for themselves.

Yesterday the British parliament again took over the business from the government and again was incapable of providing any direction to that government as to what kind or type of Brexit would be acceptable.

Mike Shedlock has a good run-down of the votes themselves if you are interested in what terminal virtue-signaling looks like. Mike thinks:

There will likely be one more round of “indicative votes” and also likely May’s Deal vs No Deal or the result of the indicative vote.

There are options left. Theresa May will try to steer this to the vote she wanted all along: My Deal or No Deal.

If she can achieve that, I suspect it will pass but it is by no means certain.

I agree with the first point but the real challenge is neither of the options he lays out, there’s a bigger problem as of today. It is the latest betrayal of Brexit by Oliver Letwin and Yvette Cooper who will try and ram through a long-extension bill on Wednesday to put off Brexit for an indefinite period of time.

It will be yet another amendment of the Article 50 law that is, for all intents and purposes, a travesty of British parliamentary history since these amendments to the law have not gone through the normal review process which could easily take more time than these traitors have to stop Brexit happening on April 12th.

They are searching for a way to find a solution that involves them winning voter support while betraying Brexit. Project Fear hasn’t worked and now we’re into Project Attrition.

The problem is there is no such solution.

And the reason for that is has nothing to do with a house divided, party politics or anything else.

It’s all about them.
