Could a supreme court vacancy be political cover for military tribunals?

President and Justices are political operatives in the mind of the public…tainted and biase….but military is broadly seen as apolitical.

What better way to "recuse" tainted "political actors" in government positions in order to retain public trust in an extremely tough time???
