Its not black and white like that… China has their own swamp, along with Russia. But that doesn't mean that China or Russia themselves are evil. If a smaller the corruption in our own backyard is a smaller group of people than we imagine, it stands to reason that both China and Russia are in the same boat

I know the CIA is everywhere, Im just saying.. If its a small group of corrupt people guiding the US, its not crazy to assume that the same is true in China and Russia, but the "swamp" is not Chinese or Russian gov policy
