They were pretty much silenced the first 2 years, because they were out of power. Allowing the house, to gain control, loosened their tongues, so they could then spew this insanity. It wouldn't work if they were still the minority party
I know it sounds silly I was just thinking out loud when I read the insanity of this all. They aren't this crazed or stupid. They know they have to stay more centralized but they instead, go off the deep end in the commie pool.
