Breakdown of the matrix? LMAO…here, lemme break this down for you. The chemplane is flying above a smog or haze layer and the sun happens to be in an "almost" direct line with the observer and the chemtrail. The sun is casting a shadow of the chemtrail onto the smog/haze, and because the plane is past the sun from the viewer's perspective, the shadow "appears" to be in front of the plane. If you hung up a sheet with a light behind it and had someone hold a ball up in between them, as you moved the ball to either side, the shadow of the ball on the sheet would eventually pass "in front of" your direct line of sight of the ball.

If we wanted to get specific…filing a "tax return" ISN'T being reimbursed for overpayment. Filing your taxes simply means filling out the paperwork as an accountability for your tax payments compared to your tax liability. Getting a tax "refund" means you paid more throughout the year in taxes than your were liable for, and owing money after filing means that you didn't pay enough throughout the prior year to cover what you were liable for paying…

…but who really needs to be accurate in their arguments.
