I remember this episode from when I was a kid.

The T cats are going on about this "gold junk" and how useless it is.

Of course, the bad guy, who lives in a pyramid, wants the gold.

Then they break the sword and the dude has to bathe in pure gold to have his strength restored and fix the sword which contains the eye.

Who knew back then that there was this much symbolism in a damn cartoon?
