Not sure but I believe he had a meeting about the border/Mexico. So very possible.
Question remains: why not organize then, lable them and then display them but put it there immediately in clear vision of the camera while Chinese are visiting. Trump also said fenthynol is coming from China to Mexico earlier today iirc.
