Honestly, I could see them trying to implement some kind of 'Chan' like board infrastructure to allow citizens to voice opinions in a manner that pretty much EVERYONE is addicted to by now..

Thinking some more. If we ALL work TOGETHER to resolve this situation, really, what couldn't be sorted out? Obviously many improvements.. but maybe thats what the goal is for Twitter? I'm sure Jack wouldn't mind versus the alternative.
