Every storm and hurricane means that there are houses to rebuild, BECAUSE we build with the wrong materials. We should build with lasting materials. It amazes me how wood framed homes become more valuable over time. If we build with a permanent material, there would be genuine value. You could have homes to pass on to your kids that are better quality than dumps.
The houses we live in now are a product of globalization mentality to keep us working into our 70's to support ourselves. We have done many things wrong for a very long time.
