Martha Boneta and a group of us from NM visited a 100,000+ acre ranch that is directly on the border. This farmer/rancher family is willing to give the strip of land on their ranch over to the feds to built the wall. It is wide open and they have to repair the 3 strands of barb wire fence daily from the traffickers crossing daily.

A lot of the border in this area is just 3-4 strands of barb wire. And YES there is a crisis going on down here.
