Call me slidefag all you want but as you pointed out in your post it may be VERY relevent especially coming from a document with stuff like this included in it. I agree with you about the meat though. My eyes face forward and I have canine teeth. Much of my food should come from animal based sources. Hell, I raise my own pigs and chickens since meat is overpriced and low quality.
Anyway, I was curious what people here thought. So "…built by governments and FREE MEN ALIKE" This basically means that if true, there are individuals who have mastered this tech and essentially built their own flying craft with it… I have a feeling this would not be Garage-tier work but who knows. This guy seems to be saying it is relatively simple.
