First, they're probably spraying (chemtrails) to increase the temperature to try and stave off global cooling due to reduced solar radiation.
The idea that a civilization advanced enough to bridge the stars (many millennia of continuous civilization) would need to breed with us is hilarious.
The fact that it's from an Oxford prof (to give the weight of authority) leads me to believe that this is disinfo or to prep for soft disclosure. Otherwise, it's hilarious.
