Any anons here have anything interesting to report about binaural beats and or brainwave entrainment? I think these topics may relate to scalar energy and its accumulation, haven't nailed down a solid theory though.

I have been working with binaural beats in my meditation sessions for some years now and find their effects to be quite immediate and consistent but more profound with practice and habitual use. I'd like to give a quick overview of my meditation techniques using binaural beats, so that some of you may share in my experiences.

Check out the other generators too. Try opening multiple tabs and combining bilateral and isochronic beats with white noise or whatever you want.

 

The key for me to get the most out of these technologies is to completely calm and empty my mind. Take the time beforehand to relax and enter the proper mindset. I find that a specific intention isn't necessary but it might help to give yourself some positive goal for the experience - if nothing else, simply that you wish to relax your being and tune your mind/body/soul to the cosmic energies. Incense, essential oils, baths, yoga, light exercise followed by stretching all appear to greatly aid in entering a mindset conducive to achieving positive results. Some have better results with headphones, but I have had glowing experiences while played out of a 2.1 stereo system with speakers arranged through rough approximations to converge at my location in the room. I find this may even work better since I can physically feel the sound waves to a degree, especially when using tones on the lower end of the spectrum, but YMMV depending on your room configuration and acoustics.

 

Relax, don't try to block all thoughts, but instead allow them to come and go - entertaining those you find worthwhile and letting go of those you don't. My favorite method for letting go of intrusive thoughts is to picture myself in mind's eye blowing away all thought energies from around my being as if I am blowing out a candle, although you are free to use any method that works for you. Focus, loosely, on hearing the tones enter your ear canals and reverberate inside your skull. Focus on the different tones you hear and their union inside your brain, creating a new combined frequency that your brain will begin to tune itself to. You'll know you're getting somewhere when you can begin to feel a pleasurable energy accumulating inside your skull focused at the brow chakra, almost like someone massaging your forehead from the inside. Once that feeling is attained, begin to feel the energy grow stronger and eventually, whenever you feel you are ready, spreading throughout your entire body, encasing you in pleasurable vibrations.

At this point, you may notice that you are not consciously hearing the binaural beats anymore and upon this realization, they will enter your focus once again. You may feel like you snapped out of it, that's ok keep going and get back into that groove. Also try to keep a neutral disposition - do not allow yourself to become excited by sensations you are experiencing as excitation sets you up for disappointment if your expectations are not met. Be able to discern between feelings of shallow excitement vs love. If/when you experience positive, loving energies wash over your being - ride the wave, send your newly found loving energies to relatives, friends, humanity as a whole, doesn't matter, let those good vibes reverberate throughout your being. The more love you give, the more love you receive. If ever you feel a negative presence, have complete confidence in yourself - know that in order to defeat darkness, you simply have to be the light. I find that this is where essential oils come in most handy; one whiff while in a meditative state has profoundly positive effects on state of mind.

 

As you gain more energy and go deeper into meditation, you may find that each shift in consciousness to be more profound and easier to bring about. You may find that as you reach deep states of meditative consciousness, your experience of time is altered and visions may manifest in your mind's eye. Using these techniques, I have been able to bring about the feeling of "plugging in" to a universal energy which has aided me greatly in bringing about lasting positive changes in my life and connection with my spirit. I also find that a small dose of weed greatly enhances the experience and allows me to feel the energies much more clearly. Start small though, large doses can make the difficult emotions stronger and may be uncomfortable for those trying these techniques for the first times.

 

One 'warning' though, be careful with your intentions before trying these methods. Don't be too strict in your expectations, don't go about this purely for an 'informational download', strive for a betterment of your being and your reality as you experience it - whatever that may entail. The universe will provide you with exactly what you need at the precise moment you need it but not until you are ready.

 

Attached: A pyramid meditation technique that I have used to some degree in some of my meditation sessions. I don't follow it exactly, but I feel the ideas presented are good starting points for you to build upon, refine, and develop techniques that work for you.
