the emails leaked to wikileaks were copied locally, not hacked. NSA could have easily identified how wikileaks got ahold of the files and Binney explained that the copy speed was too quick to be a foreign hack. more like copying to a flashdrive from an internal computer than a remote hacker breaking into the server from abroad. I have limited IT knowledge, but I think this is right.
