Just seize whatever? No, I just said if he is stating he has a device with a bunch of evidence related to crimes then its pretty reasonable search and seizure and a warrant could be obtained for the device.

If I walk into a police station waving around a book that I claim has information on all the gangs in the city, you think its unreasonable for them to search it? No.
