The FBI says an Ohio man has been charged with making false statements after authorities say he falsely claimed to be an Illinois boy missing for eight years. They say he twice before made similar claims.

Since when has a 14 year old boy been given the status of being a man?

Supposed to have been six in 2011.

Fairly easy to discern a 14 year old from a 23 year old.
