Yuppers….it take me 2 hours in regular traffic (not rush hour) to drive from Western Maryland to DC. In rush hour traffic, I plan on 4 hours. Regular traffic in Maryland is the same as rush hour traffic in LA. I do pay the fees on toll roads to cut through Northern Virginia sometimes.
