Private DMV in Sacramento, could issue IDs?

Other: San Francisco has a Post Office in a Federal building that public is disuaded from using (search belongings, strict rules), closed doors on every side but one, no one at security scanners for entry.

We pay for USPS locations (fewer and fewer) but this one only services that building.

If you ask, they deny it’s there.

I used it once, took an hour to get to it.

Found it on an app while passing through.

That mail, pre-labeled was delayed by 3 days too, it didn’t track. Even though pick up is every day at 4pm.
