> I find you to be insipid.

And I find you ignorant and incapable of answering a simple question without speaking in vague generalities. If you don't know who, specifically, Christ is speaking of in REV 2:2, then just say so. The fact that you can't answer, proves your lack of knowledge, despite your boastful claims.

Further, I never said that I "worship knowledge". The fact that you have to make straw man arguments about statements I never made, proves your lack of integrity.

>so NOT Revelation then

To the contrary:

Rev 2:1

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;

Rev 2:2

I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

You failed to answer without being vague. Revelation 2:2 is speaking directly about false apostles who were liars, and the church at Ephesus figured it out.

Moreover, it is Christ talking. If you have a red letter Bible, those words are in red, meaning it was Christ who spoke them, and John merely recorded them. Revelation 1:1 specifically states this fact:

Rev 1:1

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

I am well aware of Panin. I don't need to look at his work to establish what the Bible states. As far as "demonizing Paul", I have no need to, he proved himself a liar by teaching the Doctrine of Balaam, and lying to the Galatians, regarding what was established when he met with John and Peter.
