He's a shit stirrer of inordinate magnitude who just wants to destroy all of society, not just his stated aims.
It's all about the views anon, you won't get many doing Q stuff these days. Seriously, if you anonymously expose your agency's activities you'll get tons more views. The more salacious the better. But build up a following first. Start with the low level stuff; gun running, foreign political interference, then move on to the good stuff human/sex/child trafficking, assassinations etc.
Be careful though, use double VPNs over Tor, or just make sure you're assigned to the team tasked with sniffing out the leak (beware any new information, so build up a good deal of material before you start, and only use information you know many people know).
