Okay, the article says Rini has twice claimed to be a sex-trafficking victim in the past.
I think this is how the threat was delivered to Trump: Rini is a mind control slave who showed up at a police station in MM's territory, and delivered the message on behalf of his handlers. Rini probably doesn't even remember what he said. And then that message went to Trump.
That's why in the Trump team's response article, they use the identity of an aunt of the missing Timmothy to ask us to pray for all missing children, and for Rini, too. Rini probably WAS trafficked at one time. He's probably a pawn who has been deeply damaged by his experiences.
