For those who think that this requires ratification (etc), think again. The states have the right to establish how THEIR OWN Electoral College votes will be cast. This does NOT alter the Constitution (and thus call for the whole ratification process) but it does make a (totally legal) end run around it.

I do agree that there will be a day of reckoning in the not too distant future.

But what we are missing is that the STATE GOP is not mounting effective opposition to these moves and I think it only fair to ask Ronna Daniels why the hell not?
