This ensemble is directly intended to obfuscate the identity of the person. Shave that stach and lose the disguise and this guy could be almosst any white guy between 45-55.
Then consider, how many people have you ever seen wearing a masonic ball cap. The thing about freemasons as a group is that they do not have a lot of rank and file members anymore. The plant is definitely there to show off the symbol, but the question is, "is this what they want you to see, or what they wanted their people to see?"
