During the Democratic primaries before the 2016 election, there were several computer-related leaks about Clinton's computer server and DNC servers and other servers. The data breaches came from multiple sources–Wikileaks, Russian Hackers[?], even from Clinton insiders. Who was Seth Rich anyways?

The following article, from a book written by Donna Brazile, is about the first Wikileaks drop that included DNC emails. The article is a very public admission from Donna about how the DNC was completely owned and controlled by HRC, and how the nomination was rigged for Hillary. Brazile took a lot of heat for this. Was this her deal? Several separate articles like this one came out on Nov 2, 2017–the same day Q made the post above.
Was this the deal she made? To go public on the fact that Clinton actually ran the DNC prior to being nominated, that there was no way anyone else could ever have been nominated by the Democrats? For doing so, would Donna get off Scot Free for rigging debates?
The DNC-HRC Wikileaks drops were an intervention [with info obtained by someone, how?] to ensure that Hillary wouldn't have a victory in 2016. The rigging for HRC was tight, and it took several tries.

A WikiLeaks e-mail dump revealed that Brazile sent an e-mail message on March 5, 2016, to John Podesta and Jennifer Palmieri with the title: "One of the questions directed to HRC tomorrow is from a woman with a rash." The message continued, "her family has lead poison and she will ask what, if anything, will Hillary do as president to help the ppl of Flint."[27] At the next event in Flint, Clinton was delivered a similar question from audience member Mikki Wade, whose family was affected by the poisoned water.[28]
On October 11, 2016, a WikiLeaks e-mail dump included an e-mail Brazile sent on March 12 to Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri with the subject header: "From time to time I get questions in advance."[29] In the e-mail, Brazile discussed her concern about Clinton's ability to field a question regarding the death penalty, and in a CNN town hall debate the following day, Clinton received a similar question about the death penalty.
