Yes! Mary and Rachel could be it. I was looking for a name to go with an MM reference re killing hostages, and I couldn't see Mitch McConnell doing it. I found an MM and RB reference together recently in a speech, and this OLD Q drop re DOJ was the only other place I could find both sets of initials together. Maybe Mary threatened the hostages…
