After HRC, Hussein, Brennan, etc overthrew Gaddafi, there was a civil war.
The civil war died down and there was an attempt to reconcile the two sides, but it didn't work because of constant flare ups in fighting.
So now it's basically a 2nd civil war, which has now been intensifying in recent weeks and an offensive was announced in the past few days.

It's war, it's always hard to tell, but imo the UN backed "Government of National Accord" is cabal controlled.
Haftar is a general who tried to save his country from the human trafficking rings, cabal exploitation, and all the things associated with the UN-NATO backed attacks and coup on Gaddafi and Libya.

I don't think China and Russia have much of a role, but I assume they would be on the side of Haftar.
I know the Gulf states and Egypt back Haftar.
All the others back the "Government of National Accord", the UN, EU, and NATO backed the overthrow of Gaddafi which caused this.
This is exactly what they wanted to do in Syria too.
I'm not as knowledgable about Libya as I am with Syria.
