It can't hurt….well s'posed it CAN hurt. Depends on the fiber. Coconut fiber would surely hurt. Sawdust can cause splinters (trust me, pain in the ass to get them out, let me tell ya). Will make u shit more, but your shit density decreases. Of course, lower density shit spreads better if it hits the fan.
