This 12 second segment is obviously staged (see below), that's not my question. My question is WHO staged it?

 

Patriots?

Fox News?

Mueller himself?

It's mass hysteria!

  • Mueller and the Mrs. cross the street

  • Who's that in shades, leaning up against the tree?

 

@ 1:33

  • Mrs. Mueller turns her attention the her left foreground.

 

@ 1:34

  • Mrs. Mueller regains her 'straight-ahead' focus

  • Mr. Mueller brings his attention down and to his left.

  • Well what do we have here?

  • Is that a camera?

  • Oh, it must just be a photographer. Of course!

  • But… why is he trying to hide the camera?

  • And why is he wearing sunglasses?

  • Are those the same type of sunglasses as the guy next to the tree?

  • What type of professional photographer would wear sunglasses while he's working?

  • Can paparazzi get that close to such a high profile figure?

  • ABSOLUTELY NO TRAFFIC

  • "Now that they took our picture we can look down at our feet, in shame, as we walk through empty streets"

  • Mr. Mueller quickly brings his attention up and to his left again.

  • Random woman just happens to run through the middle of the shot?

  • Are those the same type of sunglasses?

  • Does she acknowledge/apologize to the Muellers as she runs by?

  • What kind of a person would see a film crew filming two people walking and decide to run right through the shot???!!

  • If this isn't staged then she's just an asshole.
