I am a BO of 2 boards on another chan. Aside from the difference in users I really think the best policy is basically zero input with the capcode and removing off topic threads sometimes. Now with Q and everything there is a chain of command and whatnot but its not a big deal though a new board owner could be bad if you get someone who would censor.

so that is the only real metric see if there is a change in sort of censorship and with all the shills sometimes you need to ban flooders and spammers like what i would do is permaban the guy posting the jewish documentary in the beginning of every thread and find a way to ban the url of the youtube video from being embedded

I run 2 dead boards that literally me and a handfull of people use and its been that way since i started it. This is one of the fastes pph boards i have ever used. Look how fucking fast the threads go by. I have 2 year old threads.
