A TEMPORARY FIX FOR THE BORDER CRISIS??
THIS WHOLE SUBJECT REALLY BUGS ME …..
Just an ANON with a dream to help the situation …. I hesitate to post this but … IMHO
I have been thinking of ways to solve the border crisis. There needs to be some OUT OF THE BOX THINKING
MEANWHILE …. With illegals are coming across the border in droves … DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY.
We have seen video and coverage of groups hopping over the fences, in Caravans etc.
Many videos have shown border patrol agents even catching the illegal’s ‘children’ as they drop.
From illegals perched atop the barrier fence themselves; followed by each jumping down to join the children.
To fix the issue the President could possibly invoke a NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER that would
Stay in effect as long as needed
And include: ———–
CONTINUE FINISHING THE WALL - as much of the wall as humanly and financially as possible.
Let’s now refer to the first ¼ mile parallel to the border on the US side – as the “PENETRATION ZONE”
This ZONE also could be expanded wider as needed if the situation changes.
WHERE THERE ARE NO FENCES OR INADEQAUTE FENCES … THE ILLEGALS ARE CROSSING … ILLEGALLY!
Beef up the quantity of border patrol agents and have those agents designated for patrolling and apprehending
ALL ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSERS caught within ¼ mile of the border, are still within the “PENETRATIN ZONE”.
I’m sure apprehensions for most of the illegals happens within that first ¼ mile; or “PENETRATION ZONE”.
OK here is the FIX ……. Another part of the Executive Order would be to
TEMPORARILY ANNEX THIS … ¼ mile PENETRATION ZONE - TO MEXICO – using an eminent domain decree.
This would TEMPORARILY place the PENETRATION ZONE within MEXICO TERRITORY.
The Executive Order would ONLY pertain to PEOPLE - ILLEGAL BORDER CROSSERS APPREHENDED WITH ‘THE ZONE’.
AND NOT - ownership of physical property, natural resources or the air space, animals or US Citizens.
NOW …
ANY illegal caught in the “ZONE” where there is no fence or poor fencing or climbing over or jumping the existing fence –
-
WOULD TECHNICALLY - STILL BE IN MEXICO !!!!! AND NOT YET IN THE “UNITED STATES”!
SO …..
NO DEPORTATION HEARING NEEDED. NO CHILD SEPARATION. NO CATCH AND RELEASE.
JUST DRIVE THEM TO A PORT OF EXIT – AND SEND THEM BACK TO THE ‘MEXICO SIDE’ OF THE FENCE!
JUST SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY … “ BACK SOUTH OF THE BORDER FENCE DOWN MEXICO WAY!!!””
AND THEN CONTINUE TO FINISH BUILDING THE WALL!!!
