I think it sounds like dude was heated and went too far.
I can remember people asking why Covington can’t have a scool shooting.
No arrest.
I can remember a certain woman politician saying Potus should be assasinated.
No arrest
Caveat on this is a direct threat and the means to carry it out I believe.
Regardless I think this will drop in seriousness of the charge.
I doubt this dude will ever be allowed to own guns afterwords as that right can be removed for yelling at your wife.
