a LOT of these homes are that way.
local property managers raising rents and CAMS to 4 or 5 times what they were even 5 years ago. this has squeezed the mom and pops out - only big box stores can pay that much a month. but even they are struggling.
oilfield is up and down - cannot count on it.
locals are jacking up property taxes as well….because they were too 'forward looking' in their tax revenue projections…
multi-family developments going up all around the outer edges of The Woodlands - street crime rising, even stealing from mailboxes is getting common.
