"Never Forget!" was used with reference to the genocide associated with the Schicklgruber family before it was applied to 9/11. "Never again" is more commonly used now when it comes to genocide. It is supposed to suggest that we should "never again" have genocides. But perhaps some people find them useful. Is it a family thing?
