Any lawyers lurking that are knowledgeable on child custody? I have questions-what is the single best thing I could say to the judge to bring my son home? He’s missed over 30 days of school. Mom is a junkie-have lots of proof.
I have a lawyer. 2nd time for custody hearing. Almost $12,000. I’d like to walk out of court and it be done. No more chances for her. Is there anything I can say to the judge while I’m on the stand to convey how concerned I am for my son? She’s OD twice with my son in the car. Lots of mess
