Looks like Boeing is in the [] on this one. Still digging. We also have Datacenters in that area. Very industrial area of Seattle. No good reason given for 24 (5 year old) power poles to all of a sudden go down. None Experts are saying that they haven't seen anything like this after 30 years on the job. Here is a map of the area:
