Beginnings of a theory:

Q has referred to a heavily guarded meeting of 19 people on 18 JAN 2018. POTUS has referred to the Mueller team of Angry Democrats, numbering 18. When Q asked Anons who was meeting on 18 JAN, he added the question, Where is AS? Might the implied answer be that AS was near the Mueller team and was the 19th person in that secretive meeting?

See T-5051 (as an example of POTUS referring to the number of Dems on the Mueller team).

See Q Posts 540 and 541 regarding the heavily guarded meeting.

See the biographies of the 18 members of the Mueller team:

While a few left before the conclusion of the investigation, all of the 18 individuals listed at that link were on the team when the heavily guarded meeting took place.

It is my impression that AS (Adam Schiff) was fed reassurances that there was substantial evidence which he is stunned to discover has not surfaced in the wake of the Mueller report. Either those tips from the team were deliberately misleading or AS fell into the trap of confirmation bias. Or somesuch.

This is part of a larger theory in which some or all of the Mueller team joined to cover-up wrongdoings, while pretending to be investigating Trump World, and in so doing got caught red-handed. At that time they had to make a deal whereby they co-operated with documenting and accumulating evidence of wrongdoings – not of Trump World but of the cabal – so as to save themselves, one way or the other.

I think that there have been few, if any, leaks of substantial evidence because of the above. But part of the deal was to mislead those who had placed hopes in the Mueller team's skills (and commitment) in nailing Trump World. Hence the vague statements of Dems like AS and NP and MW about the evidence about which they could not be specific.

Pic related.

Will add that the phrase "brought to 18" is interdasting because it could mean that the 13 Angry Dems were actually brought to 18 individuals where served on a panel of some sort, such as a House or Senate subcommittee or some other body that was assembled to give direction, or to interrogate, or to judge, or to negotiate.
