I just want to know who the top man or team is that the world is reporting to right now. At first I thought it was Americas Military that worked to put together a plan since the Korean War to take out the Cabal.

Don't forget the great invention of the "Dark Markets".. I worked for one. I thought in 2004 transparency was the goal. I could not figure out why we were building a dark market network when we were being told in compliance to work towards transparency. I was a bit naive.
