I'm encouraged by the investigation into the prisons here in AL. Prison rape is seen as a joke here, and the attitude - especially amongst the redneck crowd or comments at al.com (but i repeat myself) - is don't do the crime if you don't want to be raped daily by syphalitic murderers and half-8th-of-pot-bustees.
The fact that it took multiple years to complete is a testament to the efficiency of govt. One visit to some of the prisons here should net enough evidence for even thorough statistical analysis. (Lots a buttfucking going on here is the takeaway from this I guess)
