Looking for clarification on this statement Pompeo made at AIPAC:

The way it's being presented (thus far, only) has implied this was a domestic op, which it wasn't. It was an SIS op that utilized proxies in CIA/DOJ/FBI/44Admin, which is consistent with past manipulations.
