OK, fair question. In the series of tweets, we had a 3-delta and a 0-delta. Put the 3 and 0 together to make 30. I search all Q posts that occurred 30 minutes past the hour that dealt with "sources and stories." The Q post presented is the only one that matched for any of the clock mirrors.
