(((They))) have been using the Alaskan HAARP facility in addition to several smaller HAARP arrays in the SW in conjunction with geoengineering (chemtrails) to break up every Low Pressure system forming off coast over the Pacific. The result is that the jet stream has been continually redirected NORTH instead of naturally traversing the CONUS. This explains the Cali droughts as well as the plunging Arctic Vortices in mid-CONUS over the last 5 -10 years. This also accounts for the harshest winters the NE has experienced in decades. Just happens to be the most densely populated section of the Country and seems to play directly from /(((their Agenda 21))) playbook. We are intentionally being frozen more and more each winter. And it's ALL caused by the manipulation of the jet stream with HAARP.

Okay so we’ve got former Army Air Corp Station 17, now known as Fort Greely, hosting launch sites for MDS interceptor missiles and the Cold Weather Training facility.
